Vivian Lo

Vivian Lo, BA(Hons), MASc

Research Coordinator, Centre for Innovation in Complex Care

Vivian is currently managing the Blackberry program at the Centre for Innovation in Complex Care. She graduated with highest honours from Carleton University with a double major in communications and health psychology. She was also the recipient of the Ontario Graduate Scholarship Award and completed her Master of Applied Science (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) at the University of Waterloo.

Before coming to CICC, Vivian has extensive research experiences working in the academic, private and government sectors. She brings to the team a diverse and strong background in organizational development, program evaluation and applied social research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Vivian is passionate about using evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to enhance the quality of healthcare and is dedicated to research excellence and project success at every level.
