Sannie Lai is a Patient Care Coordinator in General Internal Medicine (GIM) at the University Health Network. She received both her BScN and Master’s of Nursing from the University of Toronto. She oversees the running of 14 Eaton South and co-leads the Patient Care Rounds to improve patient flow on a daily basis. She is a resource for the nursing staff in the clinical area. Sannie is actively involved in numerous committees to enhance patient care for GIM. Her area of focus is addressing initiatives that will improve Patient Satisfaction.
