Operational Rounds
Our weekly operational rounds are held Tuesdays from 12:00-1:00pm at the Toronto General Hospital. We also have multiple collaborative sites that connect with us live through videoconferencing, including: Baycrest and the Toronto Western, St. Michael's and North Bay Hospitals. The main goals of our weekly operational rounds are:
The status' of our projects operate on a modified traffic light system (green = barrier free, yellow = fixable barrier(s), purple = barrier(s) beyond our control, red = hold, brainstorming session needed).
We have approximately 20 active projects. During our rounds, project leads will provide a brief description of their project, an update on the status of the project and next steps.
During our operational rounds we also hold presentations and discussions of new possible projects.
