General Internal Medicine (GIM) Amazing Symposium 2011| Presenters

Presentation Information

Presenters will have 45 minutes to present (including 10 minutes for questions and answers).

Audio Visual Set up

A laptop and screen will be provided for each presentation
All presenters will use the conference equipment provided - personal computers and laptops are not permitted
A remote clicker/laser pointer will be available for use
Audio will be available, if required
All presenters are required to send their presentation in advance of the Symposium (no later than Friday, April 1, 2011). To submit your presentation, please send your file to gimsymposium@uhn.on.ca. For files exceeding 2MB in size, please submit to gimsymposium@uhn.on.ca using UHN’s file portal (https://fileportal.uhn.ca/Upload.aspx) or another file sending services (e.g. yousendit – www.yousendit.com).

Conference Registration

All presenters must register for the Symposium by March 18, 2011 in order to be included in the proceedings. The conference fee will be waived for Symposium presenters.

Presenter Information

All presenters are required to submit:

A picture (high resolution jpeg, tiff or png)
Credentials, title, affliation(s) and biography (no longer than words 50 words)
An abstract of their presentation (no longer than 150 words)

This information must be submitted by March 18, 2011 in order to be included in the conference proceedings. To submit this information, please send your file(s) to gimsymposium@uhn.on.ca.
