Communication is essential for our healthcare teams to provide good care. In a collaborative effort, a new vision of clinical messaging is being developed in a partnership with industry and other healthcare centers across Toronto.

Led by a diverse group of clinicians, informaticians, researchers, engineers and centres (Centre for Innovation in Complex Care, Centre for Patient Safety and Centre for Interprofessional Education and Collaboration), the clinical messaging effort will enable clinicians to communicate with their choice of the latest hand-held devices, with less disruption in a secure and intelligent manner.
