Carole Chatalalsingh RD, MA, is a PhD candidate in workplace learning and change specialization at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. Her PhD research seeks to understand the nature of interprofessional team leadership as a form of everyday work and to explore how these leaders are organized to influence learning and interprofessional practice.
